Prolepsis: Living in the Present as if the Future has Already Occurred!

After founding Prolepsis Training in 1995, Joe Estey has worked with a variety of organizations who cannot afford an undesirable event… a single error in their organization or leadership could result in a catastrophic loss and increased public outrage. Using research based, fact driven Human Performance Improvement techniques and tools, he has helped hundreds of companies and thousands of individuals predict when and where an error will occur, how to prevent the error from occurring and how to eliminate “the undesirable event”—whether it be a failure to meet a customer's need, comply with regulatory requirements or eliminate poor productivity and less than adequate safety performance in the workplace.

Joe served for over 20 years at various levels of management in 3 Fortune 500 companies, and has been an executive-level corporate trainer and requested keynote presenter for over 15 years. He is featured as an expert in leadership and organizational development in multimedia training productions such as “Attitude: Your Most Priceless Possession” and “Improving Your Performance.” His book, “The Tomorrow Tapestry: Life Woven on the Fabric of Change” has been released nationally as an audio book and DVD leadership training series, and his work in career development, team dynamics and human performance improvement are the subjects of his newly released workbook series: Future by Design, (GT Multimedia).

Recognized nationally, Mr. Estey is a member of the National Speakers Association (NSA National and Oregon chapter). His work has earned two National Excellence in Service Awards from the U. S. Secretary of Energy, and numerous Total Quality Management and Project Management awards from business and community leaders.

I think the standing ovation speaks for itself!.  In the eight years I’ve attended these conferences, I have never heard a speaker receive this kind of feedback!  All participants were impressed with your information and enthusiasm and would love to hear you again”

“Just when you think it can’t get any better, it does! As many times as you have worked with us, you still have the ability to captivate our audiences with fascinating stories, insights into the struggles we all face, and your never ending supply of energy! This was the best so far-can’t wait until next time!”
